Relationship Lab

We often try to control our choice of partner in the hope that this will make our relationships happy.

Join the course

We make lists, imagine what the right person should be like, and try to define exactly what we expect from love, intimacy, and partnership.

Today, we have far more freedom of choice than people did 100 years ago. Social change has given us more possibilities, more relationship models, and more personal freedom. But does having more choice actually make our relationships happier?

In this course, we will explore who we are in relationships — and who we are outside of them. We will look at our personal choices, our expectations, our recurring patterns, and the value relationships hold for us.

Who is this program for:

  • For those who are in a relationship, but do not feel a complete sense of happiness, closeness, or fulfilment.
  • For those who are looking for a relationship and want to better understand their own patterns.
  • For those who are not sure whether they want a relationship at all.
  • For those who want to build mature, alive, and happy relationships.
  • For those who want to understand themselves more deeply in connection with another person.
This program is an invitation to explore relationships not only through the question “Who is the right person for me?”, but also through the deeper question: “Who am I when I am close to another person?”
